Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir my sister case was in CAW cell. counselling was done. but boy is not willing to continue the marriage. we have applied in court for RCR. what is the procedure of court? i mean will there also be counselling of husband and wife?

Why your sister is hell bent upon living with her husband when he is not interested . RCR is not going to help your sister if her husband does not wish to stay with her.
