You may make an effort by bringing all the facts on record. The father is natural guardian of minor children above five; however, grand parents may seek custody if they can establish that father is unable to take care of "welfare of the children"; or that the children can be better taken care of by them. You may in any case seek visitation rights and continue showering your love and affection on the children as also giving them whatever gifts you may like to give and otherwise spend on their welfare.
