sir my sister is got married from last three years n she has been cheated by her husband n in laws . she faced domestic voilence for two years n now husband had gone to uk for higher studies without her persual n intimation n have not contacted her wife from last 10 months . her in laws grabbed all stuff n assests jewelary n dropped her from living with themselved n now she is staying at her parental home .we registered a case of 498 n in the court her in laws falsely making a wrong story about their son deparure as they r not showing any proof of his departure visa date time fo flight etc so plz guide us sir as we have lost our younger sister due to some ailments problems n some how of my elder sister married liofe tensions plz help us n guide us wht to do to bring them on their knee

you have an option of filing a complaint under domestic violence and act and also a complaint under dowry laws before the women cell. what does your elder sister want? does she want to go back and stay with her inlaws and want her husband back or wants to divorce him?
