sir ,i have smal doubt pls help me . tha doubt is that my wife filed dvc aganist me and family .but we didnt file any counter aganist her. even after two chances .now i want to comprise with her .how i should proceed . whetheer there is any legal procedure to contact her or can i meet her directly .please tell me the way .

you can starightway request to the court for compromise or can request for sending your case to mediation center or LOK ADALAT. also try to make efforts to mediator. you lawyer can also took the intiatve if he so desires
