Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir, we were staying in Mahe (union territory pondicherry) for more than 35 years were Mahe was my moms place. on 2002 september we changed to Azhikode where my fathers place .the house was in my fathers name and we are 4 children including me the rest 3 are my sisters all of them are married. we surrenderd the Mahe ration card on 2010 and applied for new ration card.and we received the new ration card . soon after because of some family problems my mother and sisters shifted from the house. the original ration card is with them which is having my name in that. now me and my wife is staying in the house in the same adress my mother and sisters taken the ration card in which my mothers name is there as the head of the department. i doesnt have id card also. in passport i have the former adress. my mother & sisters are so arrogant , they are not even issuing me a photocopy of the ration card.being the only id proof we are suffering enough . atleast we need to get the attested photocopy. pls let me know kindly what alternate ro be taken
