sir u have answered me yesterday about my daughter's husband's harrassment to file a case against him...but my daughter is against filing any case,she's not much educated to be self dependent if his husband refuses her...also my son in law is a crook,he can split the case in minutes..is there any method without filing any case by which he can be threatend

as advised above, you may approach the women cell. apart from adoption the legal process, lawyers cannot suggest you any other way.
