SIR U GIVEN GOOD SUGGETIONS TO MY LAST QUESTION..I APPLIED FOR DIVORCE IN INIDA ANDHRAPRADESH GUNTUR DISTRICT..IN JANUARY ND NOW THE GIRL SIDE WAS NOT SIGHNING BEC OF MONEY SAKE ND I APPLIED ON THE GROUNDS OF 13iA ND iB..BEC WE MARRIED SOME FOUR YEARS AGO WE DONT PUT FAMILY IN HOUSE ND WE DONT HAVE ANY CHILDREN..

ND IN LAWGURU SOME LAWER SAID LIKE FOR THAT CASE U HAVE TO PRAY FOR EXPARTY DECREE OR I HAVE TO GO PERSONALY TO GIVE DASTHI...

here the issue is i have no time to go nd give dasthi personaly with ameen or some one like COURT PERSON i dont know with whom i have to go to her village..

nd i have made four adjenments till now can i pray for exparty decree nd can i surely get if i pray to judge madam..for decree in my side bec i have adjenment on 16th..

so pls suggest me...bec some lawer sir given his number to suggest ..but i am in travelling i dont able to call nd i am not having that much money to call so plss dont mind nd guide me in my issue..nd..

THE MAIN THING IS CAN I GET DIVORCE SURELY..ND HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE IF GIRL DOESN'T SIGHNED MEANS..

there can not be any surety in a court case. you need to prove your case in order to get divorce.
