Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir i am unable to understand the answer given by you.

i have paid half money in first motion and now next date is may 2011 for final motion but i am unable to arrange the money . it will take minimum3to 4 months to arrange .

i want to know whaether i can get time from court or i may send behind bars and what about the case pending in cawc . or i have to give penalty for not comminment.

try to understand that there is a waiting period of 6 months between first and second motion but even after May 2011 i.e. the end of six months, you still have twelve more months to file the second motion. you asking for 3 to 4 more months, but you have whole one year to file the second motion. for this you do not even have to seek permission from court. just tell your lawyer that you would be filing the second motion after 4 months. this is legal.

you don't have faith on your advocate. If so then change other one.
