Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir my uncle is getting income from my grandfather's land and building without giving the share to my mother and remaining 2 sisters from my mother side.but my grandfather expired. after my grandfather my uncle is head of family and he suppose to give equal share his sisters but my uncle is not giving his only enjoying the income. can my mother file a suit against my uncle to stop to getting income from land and building through court? and my uncle is government employee and he is giving trouble to my mothers. could you guide me.how to stop that income from land...?

yes, your mother and all the legal heir can file a suit and the money would be deposited in the court till the time the share is not decied.
