hello sir i am a unemployeed if my wife file maintenance how much i have to give is there any chance to get out of these maintenance

If ur unemployed n ur wife is employed than she can't claim. Otherwise it will decided according to your family status. U can also claim maintenance if ur able to prove ur unemployment n cruelties committed by your wife
