Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir !!

I am a widow and my permanent residence is at Vill-Dhanupara, Post-Ara (Bhojpur). I am serving as a teacher at ARA ( Bihar). My husband (Late Shri Kamlesh Kumar Singh) is having two younger brothers namely Mr Bimlesh Kumar Singh and Mr Manoj Kumar Singh. The Parental Land of my family has been divided in three equal parts by my father in law (Mr Sarveshwar Singh). Due to the equal distribution of property, my father in law was brutally beaten by Mr Manoj Kumar Singh (My Brother in law) and even I have been physically harassed by him. In spite of the separation of the parental land, my share of parental land is not been given to me by my brother in laws Mr Bimlesh Kumar Singh and Mr Manoj Kumar Singh as they alongwith my mother in law doesnt wish to make me share in the parental land. A day also came when life threatening was given to me by Mr Manoj Kumar Singh. How to get my share from the acestral property.
