Sir, a wife dont want to contest RCR petition u/s 9 HMA filed by husband and wants, too,to live with her husband though husband's family members harass her mentally.What should she do now? The first date of appearance is in March. Yet she has not appointed a lawyer. Can she herself appear without a lawyer and request the court to give the next date so that she could appoint a lawyer? Kindly brief in detail.
