Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir I and my wife have some differences in our married life and are living separate. We have an infant child of 10 months. My wife had taken away my passport without my knowledge and has illegally detained my Passport with her and now refusing to give it even after repeated requests.
Also she forged few documents and created few documents by falsely signing on my name for obtaining the Birth certificate of my daughter and also forged some documents and submitted in the Regional Passport Office, Kochi. Her aim was to get my Passport for my child without my knowledge and to leave India so that I will never be able to see my child again. She got successful in submitting my Passport in the RPO, Kochi office and also got the Passport issued for my daughter. Now I wanted to stop her from eloping abroad with my daughter so that at least I can see my daughter once in a while. Also I wanted to file a criminal case against her for committing forgery on my name and also get punishment to her so that she does not repeat it in the future. Thanking you for your valuable advice.
