hello sir my wife file flase 498a case aganist me and my family members in vizag on oct 2010 from that day every time i am attending to court and know court give sammans to her but she is not comming what will happen if she didnt attend to court

Your case is against the state now and not against your wife . Your wife is the witness in her case only . The court may dispense her presence .
