hello sir my wife filed 498a case on me and my family already one year over .ours is love marriage and my family members involement is not their till now what i have to do can i apply for quash for my family members is it possible how to fight on these case

If urs is love marriage and you both were living seperate then quashing in respect of your family members may be done and i am sure they will be out of this case.
