sir my wife filed divorce
i didnt want to give her divorce to teach her lesson
her planning with her boss who is already married to eye wash her parents to marry with me and to file divorce so that they can enjoy after taking divorce from me,
i was married 2 yr back in 2010
just after 2 months she left and take all mine cash and jewellery.
she is working and earning 37000 permonth.
before marrige i was also earning 50000 per month but due to depreession i lost my job and till now unable to settle.
i am just 12th pass.
i live alone as my parents passes away
my friends help me for my survival.
i cant concentrate on my work that why i cant earn .
i want to teach my wife and her boyfriend lesson. that why i am not giving her divorce .
now i need maintance from her.
i have no earning and living in rented home.
i didnt want to give him divorce at any cost,
she write in court she is just earning 5000 per month. but i have her all bank salary records,
what i do now.

you may file an application u/s 340 of crpc for prosecuting her for lying on oath provided she solemnly affirmed that she is earning 5k whereas she is earning 37k.
