Hello Sir my wife filed flase 498a case on me and my parents. my marriage is love marriage not accepted by my parents till now they are not involved in my matters but my wife put case on them also . but now my parents applied for quash. now they are out of these case. now my parents can file any case on my wife and her family. if any case are there what type of case can my parents file. and how to fight on these case pls suggest me

Once the FIR against them is quashed, they should stay cool and forget about taking any action against your wife.
