hello sir my wife filed flase 498a case on me & my parents.After that i have arrested and my parents apply for anticpatory bail now iam in bail.already 5month over.now her relatives saying that she is getting ready to file DV case on me,my family members and also on my friends is it possible to file dv on my family members and friends.
1) my marriage is love marriage not attended by my parents
2) i dont receive any dowery amount form her
3) my parents do not involved in these matter but she filed flase 498a case on me & my parents
4) how i can prove these case is flase case
5) how can i stop DV case
6) now my wife is pregnant is there any problem for me

there is no way to stop DV case but you can surely rely upon your defences mentioned above. in case she is pregnant, try to settle the matter out after all it is your love marriage.
