hi, sir my wife is left my home from last 2 months, she doesnt want to come at my home. she also give me mently presure that either live with her family/house & she also mently tourcher me by saying such things about my sexual part and such type of words which are not to say to any body. My family ask her and her family to solve the dispute between us but they refuse to talk and my wife saying that she doesnt want to come and live my family she say that i have live with here family/house. she totaly refuse stay with me at my home and with me when we live saprate . they also giving us therat that they loudg a complaint of dowry etc. her family also give me and my family therat of life what whould i do ? pls send approprate ans.

My friend I would suggest you to immediately file a petition of RCR i.e. Restitution of Conjugal Tights, and let her say she doesnot want to join you.
