Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir,
my wife left my house and had been staying with her mom for 11 months .we dont have child .she complaints that her inlaws are verbal abusing her and she wants to live in separate house and it is not affordable for me her brother is a advocate can she create problem i dont want divorce pls advice what steps should be taken by me .

Yes, problems are possible. You are advised to stay cool. Keeping sending her sufficient money for her maintenance even if they do not ask for it. Let some time pass for things to settle down. It appears that she has not been given enough space in the post-marriage new environment. Try developing good relations with her brother and win his confidence. Do not think of any legal action etc.
