Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

my wife left my house and had been staying with her mom for 11 months .we dont have child .she complaints that her inlaws are verbal abusing her and she wants to live in separate house and it is not affordable for me.my parents are old and i am the only son . her brother is a advocate can she create problem i dont want divorce pls advice what steps should be taken by me .

you can try to compromise and /or give notice for reastitution of conjugal rights thru a advocate.
