Hello sir,

my wife as returned her Mother's home since 2 years though i have appealed to court in the law Act 24 Hindu Marriage Conjugal rights in my won location then she has been trancefared the file to her won location by high cout again she has filed IA for Medical Expanses to female childe for broken her leg operation.

even i m ready to bear her leagal proceedings expansions.

but whatever incident hasbeen happened for the chiled that without my knowladge they got treatment for the baby.

is any option for she getting medical bill for attached IA ?

now also she is refused to join for happy married life so what can i do? please guide me.

Withdraw the proceedings. It might land you to pay for maintenance.
