sir my wife wrote a letter for divorce and give me and went to her parents home and she file a false 498a case on me and my parents.in that letter she mentioned that she dont want any money,assets or my salary and now she is not accepting for divorce and i also not appalied for divorce and she also not appalying for divorce hoe many years she can stay is there any way to take divorce without her accepatance that letters are valied in the court noew she is a pregnant please answer my question

Hire any expert else they can prove that you forced the girl to sign the letter.

Further there is no time limit to stay apart but you may file divorce on some ground which you lawyer will guide you.
