Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, WE are working for war-disabled soldiers in India. One of our member is severely disabled with meager pension. His wife is in New Delhi and supporting him. Her deceased father has left self acquired free hold house in Delhi. They are two sisters and the other is widow. Brother is living in that house. Our question is " whether she is entitled to any share in her father's property? She is a very shy lady and absolutely hesitant to talk to her brother or mother about this - but cares for her husband a lot. What is the solution?

yes, she has an equal share in the property of her father. she may claim her share in the property by retaining a lawyer and filing the appropriate suit.

she is certainly entitled to her share in the property, if father died intestate, that is, without leaving a will. Her shy ness is not an obstruction. In case of any assistance, i would be more than happy to provide so.
