sir , i am a 26 yr old male who has applied for a mutual consent divorse. on 22 feb 2012. then in order to speed up procedure the girls family told that she was going abroad so they want a hearing on 22 only, so even i was forced to say the same and we both were asked by the judge to give our statment on the same day on 22 feb. later 6 mths period was given till aug 25th .nw i got a students visa to canada will it affect my visa enquiry i have to apply on 1aug.i may have to leave on 26 th aug please reply
