Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir before 5 yrs I was married and i am telling you athat I am suffering from FITS (Generalised Seizure). So my wife after marrige do not do sex with me and today its have completed 5 yrs and we both do not do sex with each. Now My wife filled a case against me regarding demand of dowery and I beaten to him. But actually I am not meet to her and not demand any type of dowery . I am serving in defence. request advice me for divorce. Murty
