am seperated last 12 years.now join petition signed13b2. now he back up from this case.my lawer said anilkumar jain supreme court order not helpfull to me in this case because only supreme court have power...anad am from middle class family i cant go supreme court and give fees.in india most of the divorce problem held in poor family and middle class family.high class family can go anywhere and they have power of money.with the help of supreme court order can i get divorce from dist court(lower court)?
he is punished by court in 498A case.
my lawer said if anyone get divorce from lower court by the help of anikumar jain vs maya jain supreme court order give him details then he can forward..any one help me please to give the details...help me to come out of the cage and save my life...

You may please approach Supreme court Legal Aid committee for free legal aid. the supreme court will provide you a lawyer free of cost. the legal aid will bear all the expenses. But you will have to write or visit in person the supreme court.
