Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir,
As asked previously on this forum,
My wife is staying with her parents for past 1 1/2 yrs alongwith our son.
She is very rude,arrogant and adament.She even does not allow me to meet our son.
Abt 2 months back I angrily beaten her up and she lodged LC against me with police.
Police threatened me to put behind bar but adviced me to go to family court.
In my life I have never behaved like this so far. I have full respect for her and feeling guilty.I want her to come back and stay together happily.
I got an advise on this forum of tendering apology to her and seeking forgiveness.Will she forgive me?
I've suffered a lot because of her nature last 1 year.But still I will accept her.
Pls help me out.Can court direct her to go back and stay with her in laws?

in your situation, where you have temperamental differences with your spouse, why you wont her back. in case you fight in front of your son, it would affect his mental health. you may seek divorce by mutual consent.
An answer to your question : "will she forgive me" will depend on your efforts. If you make sincere efforts, she should surely forgive you. If she does not, I would say your efforts lack sincerity or seriousness. In any case, in the interest of your good family life and in view of your past criminal behaviour in beating your wife out of anger, you should apologize without even expecting her to forgive you. You should sincerely atone for the sins you committed and make her feel that you are seeking forgiveness out of genuine feelings of remorse.
