divorce case by husband u/s 13 (1)( ia)

during the pendency of the case about 5 yrs passed.

I am want to file enhancement of interim maintenance.

my lawyer is saying that "you can not ask for his hidden assets , IT return , property Tax return,Sales tax return etc."

Can I ask the court to order him to submit him?

Q1--Details of hidden assets

Q2--IT return

Q3--property Tax return

Q4--Sales tax return etc
