Sir,
Due to 498A case on my husband. He is claiming
in DVC he is not having any property and also i am
not having any proof of his named property.
PAN card and LIC amount paid bond document
i am having. With that any help can i get
pl. advise me sir

Based on his PAN you can demand information from Income Tax Department under R.T.I. Act about his income and also about his bank accounts. Resultantly, you may obtain copies of his bank statements and details of credit card, if any.

I am not in agreement with mr. Goel. The RTI may not apply to know the income of one. It falls into exceptions provided under RTI. You may have to summon the Income Tax DEpartment to know the details.
