Iwant to ask some informations like salary slip, wife name etc. through court

I don't know name of HR & desgnation to whom it should be addressed.

Q1-- Please Provide me name/ designation of Head of HR dept of Sahara India Media Noida U.P.

Q2-- Can it be summoned by the court to, Head HR dept address.....?

DV petition cannot be filed by Husband as DV act is meant for protection for women. Please write full form of words. Divorce case is filed by Husband? You can seek information through Court, make an application in this regard, and seek directions from the Court, directing Husband to disclose these information.
