I want to give application for financial status of the husband.

Application by respondent for submission of....
a) financial status affidavit of petitioner

Q2-- What is better PRAYER for securing my life
(a) ---- It is, therefore, prayed that the petitioner may please be ordered to submit his financial status affidavit after the date of the marriage to till date and to sign financial status affidavit stating �that the petitioner has given a true and correct reflection of their all income and assets, owned by him and received by him, and if respondent becoming aware of any further income and assets which the petitioner did not disclose, she will be entitled to Fifty Percent (50%) of the value of such undisclosed income and assets �. and the justice be done.
OR
(b)---It is therefore prayed that the petitioner be directed to produce his financial status in form of document/affidavit, inregard to the details given in para � herein before and the justice be done.

under section 24HMA, the spouse can file application for maintenance, however normally the applications are been decided on the affidaivts or averments made in the applications. if you are able to trace some income proof / details of proeprty of your husband, then it will be help ful to you. redarding format of application or prayer , nothing special is prescribed by law
