Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

Few days back you had answered my query regarding maintainence to wife. Now judge has ordered to give monthly amount of 10K , education expenses to the tune of app. 250k and to stay in my only self acquired house. My question is a) can judge pass an order without knowing my income b) I have given proofs of her being earning 22k per month plus rental income of app 10k from my house c) What worse can happen if I dont pay her a single penny denying the court orders.
