Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

Husband is petitioner in divorce case, pending since 4 yrs , he is paying interim maintenance on 3-4 months gap i.e. on the date of hearing.Last payment on in Nov 2012. He is a private company employee.

I have applied for salary attachment in Apr 2011 to avoid irregularity,No any order passed . His salary increased more than twice but no actual proof. Now I want to enhance my interim maintenance.

Q1�Can I write application to his office to know his actual salary ?. If yes what document to be attached with the application.

Q2---Can I go to his office Directly to know his salary ? Will it be illegal ?

Q3---Wrong Age & address is given in petition. Can I ask age & address given in office.

Q4---Can I ask Wife name given in office ?

Q5--- Can I ask name of nominee in the office.?
