I have applied for divorce case in family court and up to now 2notices have been sent to my husband but he has not taken that notice and 2times it came back to us by saying this that such person is not available here if this vl happen again n again can i get divorce frm him or not kindly suggest me ur advice.

you may move an application u/o 5 rule 17 for affixation of summons and publication.

Put an application in the Court requesting for the publication, and if after that even if your husband do not turn up ask the Court to prosceed in an Ex-parte manner.
