Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

I book 498A on my husband and his parents. And also booked DVC.

But 498A not yet come for trial. Dvc is in trial but till date i didn't

get any maintenance.

Sir My husband not comming to home i want alone living in my father-in-law named

house.

I am having 3 years son also but till date no single money recd. from my husband.

We have given dowry and gold (not having any evidence). This is their advantage.

Sir more than this any other cases to put against them on behalf of my son on their parents

and on my husband.

(no property on my husband name).

Sir advise me to get my dowry back, any other cases to put on them

a) You should pursue your 498-A case properly;

b) You may also file a separate application for maintenance under H.A.M.A. and D.V.A.

c) Your son may also be entitled to maintenance.
