Sir,

I booked 498A against my husband and DVC is in trial

he is not giving any maintenance my son and my self

living in his mother's named house. He is showing that

he is labour only not having any income. Then how

court will order to serve his son. Is there any chance to

order to give minimum some amount to survive son

food and education.

Yes, irrespective of his income, you and your son will be entitled to maintenance for a reasonable living standard.
