Sir,

I booked 498A against my husband and on his parents.

and also DVC against on the same persons adition to that

on their brothers.

If i go for Divorce is the both 498A and DVC has been

canceld. or after divorce also can the both cases will be

continued?

The DVC may become a part of the divorce proceedings. 498-A is independent of divorce. all these proceedings may continue simultaneously.
