Sir,
I have booked case against my husband due to his quarrel on me. He arrested and come
On bail after that I put case for maintenance and domestic violence on hjs father, mother
And on his brothers. I am living now in his home only but he is not feeding properly
Not giving money for maintenance etc. After 4 sittings of maintenance the judge canceled
Case mentioning that due to living together there no question of maintenance. Now
Also he is not giving proper money to me and my 2 years son. Please advise me sir
To get money thru court. And also he is not having sexual contact with me from one
Year. He is having out side contacts for this I am not having any proof. What process
I have to take against him. If we ask for divorce I will not get any benifit. Sir
We have given 5 lacs cash but no proof (as dowary) pl. advise me sir. For Maintenance
can have chance for review petion. process. As my lawyer have taken money and simply
he is sending his assistant.

under domestic violence complaint itself, you may claim maintenance and compensation. you may ask your lawyer to get your application for maintenance decided faster so that he starts paying for the survival of you and your son.
You may be entitled to maintenance and financial support as per income of your husband.
