Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,
I booked 498 and DVC against my husband family. Now i am living in my father-in-law
named house (Self acquired property) alone with my 2 1/2 years son. My husband not comming to me he is staying in poultry farm along with his parents. He is not giving any maintenance to me and my son
In the court in cross examination opposite lawyer commenting that my husband is ready to take me to his poultry farm if she is not comming there so there is no question of maintaining me.
( In 498 A and in DVC also i mention that he torcherd me in the poultry farm also and i am
not willing to go).
Sir my question is
Now in thIs present situation any right to my father-in-law to sell the house or he can write
WILL any of other son or on their children name ? Or legally can they ask me to go out?
My husband can refuse to give maintenance to me due i am not going to him.
