Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,
I booked 498(a) against my husband and in DVC we added his brothers also. The case
is under trial in cross examination they are asking question me first. In between my
husband calling my mother and irritating her and harashing me. (May he planned and
went Police Station from there with new phone he called my mother and slowly he used
bad word then my mother without thinking she also used bad words). Sir if he produce
the record in court is effects my case is judge and court accept the voice record and
my case get week pl. advise me sir.

i think that it will not affect your case if he produce the record.it voice to hard to prove according to the evidence act
