Sir,
I want to ask that is this necessary to do court marriage in the court of same city of which you posses the address-proof ?
Also, one more thing is that do the Bank Statement of Allahabad Bank is sufficient address proof for the purpose ?

one may do so at a place where either of the spouse resides for last more than six months. More than Bank statement, you may have driving licence, voter registration card, aadhar card, employment id etc.
