Legal Question in Family Law in India

SIR,I am Dimpal and I got married in 2008 and after 6months we both got seperated .After that my husband put divorce case in district court.then judge has put maintenance of 1000 against him.After that we put case of maintainence against him and judge put maintenence of Rs3000 against him.So he can't paid 3000 every month and it leads to Rs.180000,then we put BAJAWRI case against him,but he can't accept notice 2 times.so what legal action court must take against him.Inspite he appeal for stay for Rs.3000 maintenence in high court.Is stay would be given to him?Answer me sir

how many time wil u ask ?why do ask again -2 b'cause it is free. if you have to Pay Rs.500/- per question then will u do the same?
