Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir,
I am divercee(I got Divorce through mutual in that time I didn't mention regarding child visitation or custody). I have 4yrs old son. now I filed child custody. my question is:
1. Counter is must for my custody petition ?
2. if respondent not attending How many days to took exparty order(days count from first hearing)?
3. I am not believe lawyer's because of they are not telling truth and not doing proper procedure in my place. so now I am going to face Inperson and how to proceed further proceedings?
4. in Judges are also not giving favor to father side pls. advice me what type of answer to face judges.
5. if judges are nor given Xparty oredr then waht to do? that is they will post ponding next voidha what shall I do ?

Mr.Kathi better to fight case alongwith lawyer.

They know the procedure, questions, Xparte proceedings, judges behaviour and everything.

So if you will fight alone then it may takes more time then any advocate you may change your advocate and hire better counsel.

Once notice will be served or publication will be done then court can provide Xparte.
