Hello Sir,

I want to divorce with my husband.

I live in ahmedabad, Gujarat.

i am 34 years old and my husband is 45 years.

I have been married for 12 years and i have 11 years old son.

Right now my husband is in kenya since 10 months.

So he is in kenya and i am in ahmedabad eventhough can i get divorce from him?

please help me out, In this situation what should i do?
