Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir

i had filed for DVA against my husband and in-laws but living with my husband.

My husband delibrately instigated me and in a fit of rage i beat him with a floor wiper

on his hand his muscle tore,he made a medical (from his family doctor) for that and is going to show it to the court.Can this negatively affect my case.

please help.
