Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir,

I have taken a flat and as because of some dispute its registration is pending and I got court order on my name but the registration is still pending... Now my problem is I have taken the flat on my name.. After marriage I have changed my last name, and recently I have taken divorce too...So I need to change it back to my previous last name but the flat which I have taken is with my husbands last name...so what to do now?

If I change my last name now will there be any problem to the court order? some body please advice on this

U may submit divorce decree if required at the time of registration

in this situation, you may request the authorities to change the surname on the basis of certified copy of divorce. in case they refuse to do so, you may seek orders of the civil court.
