Legal Question in Family Law in India

HI sir,i am doing a govt job and i have not

a house of mine.in my family there is only

my mother .we are leaving in a house of an

uncle who helped me to complete my study

eights standared onwards because after my

fathers deth there is no source of income

then my mother decided to do house work

for completion of my study.then that uncle

helped me to complete my study upto inter-

mediate they gave my school fee and including

all expenditures .they behaved with me like their

own sun.but now my uncles brothers harr-

sing my mother,abusing her even i am nt able

to take police action what can i do.because

my uncle help me so me and my mom cant

leave their house ,and i am doing job so

far from my mom,what can i do? please reply me
