sir,i and my husband got seperated.....i dnt have my spusal name included in my visa.i wanted to take passport to my minor child inorder to visit usa on visiting visa.how can i take the passport as idnt get any support from my husband...........and we are not legally seperated but i dnt have an intention to join him any more....................plz suggest me how can i take the passport in this case

Mention the name of father in the minor passport and u can even mention the name of the husband in ur passport by moving application to passport authority and for further detail u can contact m
as you neither judicially separated nor divorced, the consent of father is required to obtain passport. otherwise you may seek appropriate directions by the civil court.
