Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

I hv booked 498A on my husband and on his parents and also filed DVC against

them and added 2 of his brothers. The DVC is in trials. We have taken 3 witness

while booking 498A now they are afraid to come to give witness. Sir in this

situation what i have to do Is new witess is acceptable by judge or my DVC case

will fails please advise me sir

you can not cahnge the witnesses if the chargesheet has been filed. They will be corroborated by the state as well as defence counsel. If you have any new evidence you may present to the court and court may consider the same mon merits.
